Shipping
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow additional time for orders placed during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. International orders may take between 10-20 business days, depending on customs processing.
Note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team. Returns or exchanges without prior notification will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
